General standards that apply across our operations. Specific commercial, pricing and channel terms are agreed with each partner individually.
Product Handling
- Products are sold new, in original manufacturer packaging, and are not relabeled or altered.
- For dated products, we maintain appropriate lot and expiration controls and follow applicable manufacturer and Amazon requirements.
- Expired, damaged or recalled units are removed from sale promptly, and the brand is notified.
- Bundles are created only with brand approval.
Customer Care
- Customer orders and returns follow Amazon’s return policies and Fulfillment by Amazon procedures.
- Returned units are not resold as new.
Business Documentation
Nuovo Partners LLC is a Florida limited liability company. Our company registration, EIN and Florida resale certificate are provided to brand and distributor partners as part of account setup.
Privacy
Information submitted through our contact form (such as name, company and email address) is used only to respond to your inquiry and to manage our business relationship. We do not sell or share this information with third parties, except service providers that operate this website on our behalf.
